Matt, the service writer, got my Acadia in on a day when I did not need it for work. The repair was done while I waited. It was the elevator device for the power lift gate, which is a feature that I use regularly, Monday through Friday. As usual, excellent service and friendly staff.

In October I scheduled an appointment for November 5th for oil change for my Terrain. When I arrived I was informed that my appointment was not in the schedule and I'd have to either leave the car or make another appointment. I made another appointment for November 12th at 9:30 am and again my car wouldn't be next and it would be about two hours before it would be done. I was offered a ride home or wait. I took the ride home. I am a bit angry about the treatment I receive from Franks since I least this vehicle. I sorry to say it might be the last vehicle I least from you.
