Confirmed Service Customer
I brought in my vehicle almost 2 months ago because my check engine light was on. I was told a part needed to be ordered. I never heard back from anyone. I called a few weeks ago asking for an update and no one could give me any answers. First off, someone should have at least followed up with me if the part still hasn’t come in and secondly, I think it’s ridiculous that your dealership still hasn’t been able to get the part needed to fix my car. I pay my payment each month but am driving a car with something wrong with it.
