5 StarsThis was, hands-down, the best car buying experience I have ever had... by a long shot! Mark Hanley, and the entire team at Frank's GMC, were FANTASTIC! From the moment I called about a CPO Silverado on their lot, they helped me through a pressure-free test drive, vehicle history, and ultimately, purchase of the vehicle. They knew everything, even the unique history of the particular vehicle I purchased. I have since used the parts/service department to install a bed cover, and they worked with me in coordinating my installation and parts... really going above and beyond again! I have already recommended Frank's GMC to friends and family, and I will continue the practice moving forward.
