Confirmed Service Customer
My truck was taken to the dealer via flatbed for a second time when it left me stranded due to an unknown issue when the vehicle would not shift. I did not receive a phone call from the dealer when the vehicle arrived. I also had to make several calls to check on the status. There was no loaner available to me on that Friday. They did have one on Monday but I had already made alternate arrangements. Nearly a week later when I picked up the vehicle it was not charged nor was it cleaned.
