The whole experience was easy and painless Guy Montaina was great with helping us get the vehicle we wanted. The finance department was quick and painless not like other time we got vehicles and had to wait hours to do all the paperwork.

As usual, Franks GMC treated me with respect. I had a recall on my Terrain and they gave me a loaner during the duration of the repair. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Matt and the crew.

I would like to thank Joe Pezzolla and Miriam for being patient and understanding. Due to contract errors on my extended warranty my truck took a little longer than I expected but not Frank's GMC fault. All in all excellent service, and will definitely be bringing my truck back for service.
