My battery was going dead and I went to the dealer without an appointment and I thought I would have to leave the car there because they were really busy. Much to my surprise they replaced the battery within a few hours, did an oil change and replaced the air filter. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

The date of service was 9/15/23, not 9/20/23 as mentioned in the email. The recurring problem with DTC code P1089 was not addressed in any way, no actual repair performed. Only code reset was done. That I can do myself, I do not need to spend hours of my day to only reset a code. It is my understanding from other sources that replacement of the Fuel Pressure gauge and Fuel Rail are usual repairs to fix this problem.

I brought in my vehicle almost 2 months ago because my check engine light was on. I was told a part needed to be ordered. I never heard back from anyone. I called a few weeks ago asking for an update and no one could give me any answers. First off, someone should have at least followed up with me if the part still hasn’t come in and secondly, I think it’s ridiculous that your dealership still hasn’t been able to get the part needed to fix my car. I pay my payment each month but am driving a car with something wrong with it.
