Easy transaction from start to finish. Submitted a request for inventory status through the website and put down a deposit to reserve the vehicle that evening. sales team was very responsive, answering a ton of questions we had! Even came in on their off day to meet us as we were coming from farther away. Only complaint is that a bunch of empty boxes were left in the trunk of the car!

Brought vehicle in for oil change and investigation of leaks around both front doors. In and out in under two hours, parts(door gaskets) being ordered to fix leak. High hopes that will fix that problem that has existed since we bought it.

I brought my vehicle in for the first oil change and it went smoothly. The staff was great, they offered me coffee and water. They made me feel welcomed and included me in their conversations. I waited for the vehicle to be done and it took just under an hour which they said it would. The waiting area was clean, and the chairs were comfortable. The entire experience was excellent and I will be back for the next oil change and service.

Mike was a great salesman. He was patient, discussed all of our concerns and when we picked up our new car he spent quality time with us explaining all of the features of the car. The dealership has a much more reasonable documentation fee than other dealerships in the area and we were charged actual motor vehicle charges for the transfer of our registration and plates. Other dealerships charge high estimates and you have to wait to be reimbursed after they go to motor vehicle.

I have purchased many cars in my life, but I can honestly say the experience I had with Michael Ventola at Frank's GMC was by far the best. Michael wasn't high pressure, knew a lot about the vehicles, and didn't play games when it came to structuring a deal. He was very straightforward, communicated well and in a timely manner, and kept my time at the dealer to a minimum. There were no back-and-forth games with the manager or last-minute insurance add-on upsells. I brought the car back and they fixed the issue which I believe was that one of my tires was not put back on properly. I bought my Acadia 5 years ago at Franks GMC, and Franks is the only place I will go to for service. They are polite, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was there for general service. My GPS was also acting up. Everything was taken care of promptly. Matthew even came out to the car to make sure the GPS was up and working again. I even talked to Kahlid, the gentleman who sold me the car. He was very nice and volunteered to come out and take a look at the GPS if the servicemen couldn't help. franks Service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! they took my Yukon in by a flatbed tow with a major software break issue . And made the repair immediately and explained every issue and every step. Although i am not happy that my 2024 Yukon had such an issue of this unsafe magnitude. Losing my breaks was very upsetting and could have been a disaster on the open highway. But that has NOTHING to do with the service at Franks's GMC. I am very pleased with my experience as always.
