Everything was perfect! Vehicle purchase went through without a problem! Mike and Sam in the Sales Dept were great to deal with. One of the things that stood out to me was that there was no pressure to sign "today." I think that is an issue with a lot of people when they walk in a dealership.

I purchased a 2025 Yukon XL Elevation from FranksGMC in May 2025, I was a little disheartened when I started having engine related issues around 9,500 miles but I was grateful that during these challenging times Frank'sGMC did everything possible to make the situation right. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle, Matthew the service advisor was wonderful and worked diligently to make sure all of my questions were answered and timelines for repair were exceeded. I am grateful that the service experience was above and beyond my expectations.

I have purchased many cars in my life, but I can honestly say the experience I had with Michael Ventola at Frank's GMC was by far the best. Michael wasn't high pressure, knew a lot about the vehicles, and didn't play games when it came to structuring a deal. He was very straightforward, communicated well and in a timely manner, and kept my time at the dealer to a minimum. There were no back-and-forth games with the manager or last-minute insurance add-on upsells. So far, the new vehicle has exceeded my expectations, so Michael at Frank's has just earned a new repeat customer. I am very happy we decided to go with our first GMC and even happier that I ended up looking at Frank's GMC!

I bought my Acadia 5 years ago at Franks GMC, and Franks is the only place I will go to for service. They are polite, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was there for general service. My GPS was also acting up. Everything was taken care of promptly. Matthew even came out to the car to make sure the GPS was up and working again. I even talked to Kahlid, the gentleman who sold me the car. He was very nice and volunteered to come out and take a look at the GPS if the servicemen couldn't help. Service was done quickly and I was informed of what needed to be done. However, when picking up my vehicle, as I began driving away, something felt off. I brought the car back and they fixed the issue which I believe was that one of my tires was not put back on properly. My concern is that if I hadn't noticed it right away it could have caused a much more serious issue.

franks Service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! they took my Yukon in by a flatbed tow with a major software break issue . And made the repair immediately and explained every issue and every step. Although i am not happy that my 2024 Yukon had such an issue of this unsafe magnitude. Losing my breaks was very upsetting and could have been a disaster on the open highway. But that has NOTHING to do with the service at Franks's GMC. I am very pleased with my experience as always.

Check in was fast and easy. While getting an oil change, the rep informed me that there were 2 recalls on the vehicle which they took care of since I was there already. My 2026 Terrain l purchased on February 10th and on February 13th the check engine came on. Alex in services plugged in a gadget which told him it needed a censor. He said he ordered it and made an appointment for March 2nd. When I asked him for a loaner he told me he didn’t have one and changed my appointment to March 17th. I dropped my car off on the 17th and got it back on the 19th. On the 20th the light went back on. Turned out the censor was never changed and no I’m waiting for another loaner so Franks can fix my car again. Very disappointed with this kind of services. Hope this problem gets solved soon. I’m still waiting.

Purchasing a GMC 2500HD Crew Cab Denali was a very pleasurable experience at Frank's. I have not been in a new car dealership since 1997 and I was amazed at how easy it was to purchase a vehicle, no high pressure sales techniques. My salesmen Mark was very accommodating, if Mark was not available, the Business Manager stepped in, which was amazing. During the sale the Sales Manager made a point to thank me and ask if there was anything he could do. I'm hoping my new ride lasts a long time, however, I would purchase from Frank's again without question. I would also recommend Frank's for family & friends.

Every time I enter the dealership, it reminds me of how much I love it. Not only is the service top of the line, but the sales department is just as amazing. Sam, the GM treats me as if I am family. they are all super knowledgeable and always answer Non-general questions off of the top of their head. Excellent experience at franks they are a family business and they make you feel just like family. They also do great work and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. My truck had some damages dents scratches. They repaired the truck back to original in a timely manner and also supplied me with a temporary vehicle which was big to keep my business at full capacity.
